// roadmap
Where this is going.
A solo-developer roadmap, in three honest buckets: what's happening now, what's next, and what's being explored but not promised.
Now
- App Store launch. CarrierPony 1.0 has been submitted and is in App Review. The notify list gets one email the day it goes live.
Next
- Post-launch polish. The first releases after launch focus on refinements from real-world use — reliability, delivery speed, and rough edges reported by early users.
- Documentation depth. More guides and glossary entries as questions come in from actual humans.
Exploring
These are under consideration, not commitments. They ship when they can be done right, or not at all:
- An Android sibling. The Pony family already lives on both platforms; CarrierPony following is a natural question. No timeline.
- Deeper hardware-key integration. The family's OpenPGP work already touches smartcards; whether that belongs in a messenger is being weighed.
Have an opinion on priorities? Tell the developer directly — the roadmap genuinely bends to real feedback.
